Does anyone know how to calculate the year mark to know how much we get out of the 10%?Thanks.

They do not specify, so add all your marks and divide by 30.

You can get your year marks off myUNISA. If you go to the assignments page and at the bottom of the table of assignments on the left you will see a link that says My Year Marks which takes you to a page where you can request your year marks.
