The same documentation is available in your installation folder

[qt installation folder]\doc\html\index.html

All that info from the above two posts you can accessed easily through the QT isstallation for windows go:
"Start"-> "All programs"-> "QT by trolltech" -> "Assistant"

The "assistant" helps you with search and index of classes etc. Very usefull tool.
