I tried installing the cd that comes with Network +, Dean - when I try to install the software option, it asked for a password. Does anyone know where can I obtain the password?

I have the same problem. I am currently liasing with www.course.com/support regarding the password. They gave me c_a+ as the password but this did not work so now I am awaiting their next response.

Correct password is C_network+. E-mail received from CT.techsupport@thomson.com. Regards, nanthu.
