Contribution of Year Mark to the Final Mark

Hi,
I received tutorial letter 102 for COS2144 that states the 4 assignments will count towards our year mark (10%). According to COS2144 (tut 102), this was explained in COSALL tutorial letter 304. Has anyone received tut 304? I haven't.
Does this apply to all COS modules?

i havnt received it either... but i think all COS modules have a 10% year mark now.
