Question 4 requires us to implement the findKth function. What does it exactly mean by finding the kth highest element of a binary search tree. I hve'nt understand the question. Any clarification and help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi It simply means finding the 5th, 6th, 8th etc highest element depending on what the user requires.
