Can anyone out there give me an idea where the material, covered in this module, will be used in the "real world"?

Apparently this (and cos 301) is a foundation to build compilers with. Post-grad modules.

Hey man, i'm also on my way there. just finished studying it last nigth. i completed q1 only, stating q2 now. by the way, is it possible 4 q1 not to have a final state. be back by one though, i'm on my lunch now.(hope to find you)
