Assignment 3 Question 2 in particular

I think this question is too ambigious, we needed some guidelines on how to approach this questions and the others, for most of us its the first time we are doing something like this, we are all not experts, and somethings need to be taught to us in small pieces.

Maybe the questions should have been built up slowly, like

1.1. write a class with member functions x,y,z.....

1.2 Now write the function definitions.

1.3 now write etc etc...

Its the best way to learn in small bits.

Anyone else, extremely demotivated after trying Assignment 3 Question 2? I understand classes to an extent but this problem in assign 3 q 2, its too much too soon, anyone agrees? Or is it just me?
