Yeah, noticed that and the questions 2.3 & 2.4 (x2)
Was pretty basic though, you could choose whether you wanted to use Sub-queries or INNER JOIN's. I'm wondering if they accepted the 'non-recommended' method where you don't use INNER JOINs but include both tables in the FROM statement, and specify and '=' during the WHERE clause.
Anyways, sure i

You're right about A3, Q1.5 - that's why the model is incorrect.
Not too sure about the True/Yes solutions though.
Going through the 'Past Paper', there were plenty errors there too. Like AndreB said, hopefully the exam marking is fair and consistant. And that there is no funny vage questions.

I'm not moaning - just would be better for future students if stuff like this was corrected...
All tested on Access 2007
Bugs if found in Tutorial Letters, even though Tut201 says no extra errors were found...
Assignment 2 & 3 - no marks assigned per question.
Assignment 1 – Errors dealt with in Tut 102.
Assignment 2
1.4 – Put a '…' after the SELECT *; a l

Yeah, I was going through Asignment 3 last night, i've got about 7 errors already, both in the question and model answer. Really poor form mate...

Yeah, if you see a ';', then that needs to be run as a seperate query. Access doesn't allow multiple statements in one query, where as Oracle does.
Ie:
drop table customers;
//new query
create table customers
(name text);
//Basically 2 x queries

I agree. I cannot believe the content for this paper! Out of all my modules, this one had the most MCQ in the assignments (140!), but they asked 5! Why waste all that time in the assignments getting us to learn about ASD and XP, when you get asked nothing from them!!!
I'm really mad, i'll cool down later, but for now i'm just really irritated!
So all other papers use the assi

@jxharding - you freaked me out - there's no tut103, only 102. I checked OSPREY the other day, but i think its just a typo.
Too late now anyways - i'm going to sleep

Yeah, 14 and 15 are gonna be at most 3-6 marks - i reckon anyways. Mostly just the calcs to focus on. Get that right, and you've got 50%!
That MNE202 sucks man - scrapped a pass last year for that! Ur doing ITM?
All the best!

About that duplicate MC question - I though so too, but after looking at it for about a minute, i realised, there was a small variation - one said B2B , the other B2X, with the rest of each line the same.
These lecturers are very vague though, should be a pass though. COS321 next - eeek

Yeah, agreed. Those last few chpts are boring deluxe!
I have a question relating to Tut 102, last years exam. I did that first question, like we've been shown in the book and in the assignments, but the answer seems very basic, and ignores alot of the other rules we're suppose to learn. For example:
The primary keys have '#'s in them, some entities don't have PK

Did you check the summary on Wikistudent? It compressed Chapter 14 into 4.5 pages.
