You cannot use a framework or any advanced editor that creates code on your behalf to code the portfolio. You write all the code yourself.
You can use other classes such as jquery for niceties, but remember we mark the requirements - not the add-ons.

so using a stylesheet like css to change the style will just be a waste of time.ok understoodPHP code is all that matters,fare enough

CSS is not a framework... and it has been said previously that it is ok to use styling
