I am interested in buying Dreamweaver, if i buy it through unisa, how much will it cost and how will i go from here?

I doubt that you can buy it through Unisa. The Unisa e-Solutions is only for tablets and laptops.

You would have to buy it from a software vendor. Some suppliers do sell student versions at reduced rates. (Not sure if it applies to Dreamweaver). You just have to produce proof that you are a registered student.

Had a meeting with Adobe about this.... begged for a special price. No luck.

Dreamweaver available on special buy in, it takes 4-5 working days and costs roughly R7000.
