Hi Mac. Assignment 1 submission procedure, Step 2, is a little unclear for me.
a) create new text file (COURSECODE_Ass......studentnumber.txt): DONE
b) Type the full URL in the text file: DONE
c) Add your code below URL: Unclear, must we add the HTML/PHP code for each of our pages into this text file. Each coded page separated by say; a line of hashes ####? Or what code are you referring to here?
Knowing that each page contains a hyperlink to a text file containing our source code, hence my misunderstanding.

Hi Mac and all fellow students,

With regards to Step 1 of the Submission procedure for the Assignment; Can this just be a text file containing the link to my website or should it be an actual html file with a proper build-in link? I first had it as a html file, but we cannot submit a html file from the assignment submission page on MyUnisa.

Can anybody please give me some insight on what file it should be and if it should be a html file, how do I submit it? - Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you,
Juan

Hi Mac,

On portfolio submission, must we include the source codes e.g (leap.php, leap.txt, server.php, server.txt etc) as well as one text file with all the codes, e.g (allcode.txt)?

Thanks

Hi Mac

Do we create single menu links with step 1 to 3 and if that is the case do we only send source code links for that . In link 4 we echo the the whole bits of steps or create one link glued to OOP_properties as step one.
etc.
|step1.txt |step2.txt |...txt |OOP_properties

No make the pages the links i.e. | OOP_properties.php | OOP_other.php | OOP_constructor.php | etc.

Each page link takes you to the input/output page, and at the bottom a link to the code

Hi there

On my assignment submission the requirement for submission "We will not accept a URL that contains only your student number (e.g. http://123456.freeoda.com is not acceptable, but http://123456-johnny.freeoda.com is, where –johnny is your own words you have added)" was not met when I submitted, but my site was marked. So does this means that I must register a new url?

The structure of my url is 3731.......dot free..... dot com

@ 40541797
What is the problem you are experiencing?
I just tried the submission URL and it's online. Try using a different browser. Firefox worked well for me, because with Chrome and IE I could not click the "world" icon.

Let us know what you see.

Hi,

I seem not to understand STEP 2
Copy this file, together with all your portfolio code (and any subfolders you may have) into the root of the folder you created above.

Do I type the URL and underneath put portfolio code? OR Do I submit two pages? One with the URL and the other with my portfolio code.
