c. The public will click on fixtures, and is taken to a publically available page where they are presented with a list of fixtures (fixtures_public.php). Clicking on any fixture shows the team selected for that fixture, using the same fixtures_public.php page.

The above seems to be confusing. The club manager gets to login but at what point do the public get to login if any? Point "a" states that there are two links Login IN and Fixtures. Point "c" has another page called fixture_public.php

Where on the application do leaners stipulate (fixtures_public) and should NOT require any public person to login

A publicly available page implies they do not have to log in.....

Does it have to read the data from the table that the Club Manager has access to?
