Just thought I would share...
I found the following 2 sites very cool, and sure you would as well.

How to add image into the tab in browser:
go generate a ico file by supplying this website your image file (there is other sites as well just google "favicon"

then add this to your header in html

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/img/MyPic.ico">

Then to make your buttons look better without using images..
The CSS3 buttons generator.(there are others on net, but found this easy to use and gives some cool results)
not sure if copying code for your css is cheating if so... I cheated on my buttons,
