Hi Marc

I am having problems in opening the linked text file with the code. Everything works fine except that the text file cannot open up.

Will appreciate your help.

This is not enough information..... there could be many reasons e.g. the code that opens the window is incorrect...

have you read the previous semester forums, maybe you will pick up something there there?

I have uploaded my text file on the free web hosting site (root directory with index file) and upon clicking on the link, it opens the new window and correct size but says "Page not found". Locally it works fine. Any suggestions what I could be doing wrong or if I am missing something? Should I rather put the code.txt file in a directory?

Well, if it says page not found, then it can't found the file. It not being in a directory is not the problem, the file is not where the link says it is.
