Error Accessing index.php from hosted sites

Guyz, Please help. I'm having problem accessing my Index.php page after I have uploaded it to the free webhosting server. See below is the error message.

"Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file"

index.html works with no problem.
HELP!

Guyz,

Thank you it works. I was uploading the wrong index.php file.
I'm now hosted hot smiley
