Hi I have installed easyphp, it shows running good, but when I run http://localhost or 127.0.0.1/8080(which is port that I have changed from port 80)/test.php. Output says: internet explorer cannot display the webpage.

Please can I have anyone who is an expect to this challange, because I have been trying to resolve this for long time, now I see time for due date. Please help!!

Hi

You do not to need to put the port number. Just the hostname or IP followed by the path to your file e.g.http:// localhost/myphp/test1.php

Good luck !

Hey Mokoena

If you want to add ports to websites I believe it would read www.google.com:900 where port is 900 BUT usually its www.google.com:80 cause browser ports are always open on 80

This would have worked 127.0.0.1:80
127.0.0.1:8080 would essentially be a block.Which is weird since your'e not really accessing the internet :s
