As per the tut letter:
Inside index.php: At the very top of the page, define and include all the content (including any HTML you use) as required in a series of variables, then echo the variables to produce the page (e.g. $time=xxxx; echo “The time is $time”
On the web page: On this page, at the bottom of your output, and centered, include a link (named Code) to a text file named code.txt. This text file contains the complete code of your page, and must open up in a new window.
