Hi
Is there a specific code editor to be used for this course, or any other code editor is allowed?

Any editor, as long as it is nor a framework (i.e. you must write the code yourself)

DW can generate server behaviors and build a database-driven website without the need to write much code.
That is different to using just the DW editor to type the code yourself , which is OK.
