Centering a drop down menu

Hi all

I've been struggling to center my drop down menu. after much struggle in the first place to create a working dropdown menu and creating all the necessary css, I just don't see how one would center it. I've tried fiddling with it almost a gazillion times now and just want to add he finishing touches before submitting.
