If anyone is having the problem where all browsers show your layout perfectly except for that silly IE (I think I officially crossed over to the "I hate IE" side 
)

My site seems to be happy with chrome..
"Firefox" & "IE" have same issue, where on my "contact.html" they push my form far down on the page.
I tried a number of things and exhausted all of them to no avail.. Only Chrome does what I want...
