hi

For activity 2.6 the 3rd requirement, i understand that we have to use the embedded style to change the background color to light yellow but why cant the HTML code work since we adding the color to a HTML sheet.

Not sure what you mean by "the HTML code". The embedded or inline method is "HTML" code?

I think the question is why not just use inline styles instead of embedded. And well, I think the answer is that the lesson is about learning how to do embedded styles in case you want to set the style for many elements all at once instead of doing the same inline style for each element.
