Account information was sent to your Unisa mylife account.

Unisa created your myLife email account for you free of charge after successful registration for the academic year.

All you need to do is to claim your UNISA login and you can use the Email account immediately.

If there is no email form Dreamspark present, then post your student number here. We used the list of registered students, but it may have been updated in the mean time.

I claimed at Unisa login and when i tried to log in to my email it kept on rejecting my password. and now they say ive entered an incorrect passwrord or email. What can i do now?

Mmm... I cannot help with myUnisa accounts - there should be a support email there...

hey there

had the same problem

all u need to do is jus call 012 429 3141. its the it support. jus explain to them that ur password is not taking.
provide them with ur details n they will reset it.
It can be frustrating but there is light at the end of the tunnel

Resent again this morning.... it says "A task has been started to resend the notifications." So check throughout the day, not sure how long it takes.

Once there, there is no clear indication to get to myLife.

When you click on MYUNISA, look to your right on the screen, there is a blue block with a envelope in which says mylife account.Just click on it, and it will take you through.

Can anyone help. Do I use the same mylife address and password to login to Microsoft outlook or do I have to setup a new account with the same email address as the 1 I received from Unisa?
I claimed my Unisa Login and tried doing both above mentioned statements to no avail.

Hi KGMoshapo,

Yes, your password they given you for myUnisa, is the same for Mylife. If it doesn't work(like mine did) you have to phone the IT support to reset your password. Their number is 011 4712340. Have your password ready when you phone
