Assignment 1 Cancellation

Good Day
I have submitted Assignment 1 via my_unisa as prescribed but received this letter from unisa.
I have uploaded a simple notepad text file to my_unisa.
Please advice

Dear Student,

The assignment received from you via myUnisa could not be printed
successfully. This was due to either settings in the document,
or the document itself not being in an acceptable format.

The system can at present accept the following formats:
- MS-Word (up to version 2007)
- MS-Excel (up to version 2007)
- PDF
- Postscript
- ASCII (Notepad/Wordpad)
or ZIP files thereof.

The assignment which you submitted has been cancelled.
Please convert your assignment into one of these formats, and
re-submit it, provided it is received before or on the assignment
due date.

If you did adhere to the above formats and still experience problems,
we suggest that you try the ASCII format.

You may still print the assignment (if permitted - see your tutorial
matter) and mail it to us, provided it is received before or on the
assignment due date.

Okay but please tell me if you are not going to mark the assignment sent via myUnisa but the page uploaded to the internet does this still mean my assignemnet will not count.

I did speak to the assignment administration section and they say I must speak to my lecturer regarding permission for resubmission because I did submit the assignment on time and they were unable to print from the format I used. Please show me the way!!!

I don't know why they pass it back to the lecturer. They made an error now I must fix it, and I do not even know how because this is not my department

Ignore the myUnisa submission. You have emailed it to me, so they must just capture the mark I sent them.

Helo i submitted my BPT1501 6 in time but i just checked its cancelled please help.

Even my assignments 3 and 5 are cancelled will i be able to resubmit them or will have to repeat the module next year
