I just want to make sure how Assignment 1 should work. The user clicks on the link for the .txt file and a new page opens displaying the file. How should it be displayed? Should it be as part of the HTML code or should we show our file handling techniques in JavaScript or PHP? Or should it just download after opening the pop up?

If anyone can help me out in this regard I'd really appreciate it.
