Uploaded files disappear after a few seconds!

I have a site on FreeWebHostingArea and, only recently, any uploaded new file completely disappears after about 10 seconds! On another account on the same eu5.org server the same files remains! Can anybody assist please?

As has been suggested since last year and on many posts here (which is why you are encouraged to read posts here!), FWHA appears fickle and you should consider using any other hosting service.
