How do I download the tuturial letter.

I would like to log in to www.eagle.unisa.za/internet in order to download the assignment, but when I type in this URL, it opens a page with title Drupal, when i select the language English, I then get the following error message:

How do I fix this problem since this error message is preventing me from opening the assignment questions. Thank you
