Does anybody at UNISA respond to student requests?

HI - after NUMEROUS email requests to ALL the UNISA (specifically to the school of computing) mailing addresses concerning registration and course selections etc.. it seems that either nobody works for UNISA or those that do are completely incapable of answering simple questions so just ignore everything.

As the current process seems of no value to students can the contact names and phones numbers of people who know whats happening please be posted so I can ask my questions to a person and not some stupid email system that sends me a sarcastic reference number that has no value.
