Hi guys,

Where can we get more information on the pyramid? Is there something in the prescribed book that I haven't seen?

From general knowledge I can understand operational and strategic levels but I'm not sure where the border is between the strategic level and the tactical level.

Also how much work is required for 2B? Are we supposed to plot 5 ideas from each article against the pyramid?
