Please give me some ideas of maturity models.
Is CMMI, SPICE, E-learning Maturity Model, PMBok all ok?

I haven't heard of SPICE to be honest, but the rest counts in my opinion.

Thanx for the info. I used CCMI, Trillium, and eMM.

Are everyone experiencing problems accessing the resources for question 3?

Yes same here. The resources seem to be non existent. I would rather find a resource from the discussion forum!
