This is a very good price, last time I priced Photoshop alone at about R10000.00

Sorry about the late reply.
I received the serial codes the next morning and the software installation went smoothly... (took hell of a long time though).
From what i can see all features that should be available are available.
Seems like the "Student Edition" label is simply to indicate that you got it during your studies, and that you're only allowed to use it on your personal computer (or mac).
So the T's & C's seem to be pretty much the same as normal.
So, I can conclude this seems to be a real deal, even if it does sound too good to be true
