I am facing challenges when I want to do online web registration. I receive such error messages as 'You must have a valid e-mail address' and sometimes under Qualification List: No qualification available or processed- Select correct undergrad/Post grad or contact study-info@unisa.ac.za I have contacted this address to no avail. No replies are coming. When I try to phone the just ring and ring till they cut off. I have only received my results through a letter from UNISA but I can not access them through this mylife platform. Want to register for 2018 before the deadline 30 March. Any help for me to overcome this challenge.
