Iam getting the following error when attempting to submit the assignment via myunisa

OraOLEDB error '80040e14'
ORA-00947: not enough values
/SACDL20/INCs/RegAss.inc, line 774

im also trying to submit. i have resubmitted 4 times and I get the following error.
