Someone with a hands on interest in electronics and computers(software)

I'm looking for a student who is seeking employment and is willing to learn.

The industry we in is building automation and energy management.

We are looking for someone who would be interested in :
1. Working with PLC's, maintaining existing installations,
2. Finding network problems
3. Be able to use a multimeter and do some low voltage checks and faultfinding on site
4. Interact with a building management system, adjust needs of building to owners needs
5. Interact with client on daily basis

We understand that training would definitely be required, but a technical bearing and willingness to learn important.

Someone with a hands on interest in electronics and computers(software) would be best suited
