The School of Computing, UNISA, would like to appoint a number of fixed-term contract South African lecturers for 2014-2015 on our Florida Park campus in Johannesburg. We are looking for applicants with master's or doctoral degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems or ICT, preferably with strong skills in programming and other technical computing areas (esp. theoretical computer science, operating systems practice, formal logic, ontology engineering, internet programming, information technology management, service operations, and incident and problem management).
We could offer R 267 102 per annum if you have a master's and R 363 598 per annum if you have a doctoral degree, for a full-time fixed-term contract position. The initial contract will be for one year, and may be renewable for a second year depending on performance and operational needs.
