F_3(X, Y, Z) = XY + XZ OR F_3(X, Y, Z) = XY + X'Z ?

Think you right it should have been:
F3(x, y, z) = xy + x
'
y instead of F3(x, y, z) = xy + xy
tested it and the answer is m7 + m6 + m3 + m1

Yes, it should be F_3(X, Y, Z) = XY + X'Z.
