Changing configuration files

Hi,

I'm trying to change the value in header.php from the osCommerce logo to my own.

I receive the following confirmation message:

The file "/var/www/osprey/mac/ecom/14/catalog/includes/header.php" has been saved.
(0 bytes written)

Why is the file not being saved?

Still saying the same thing (23 Oct, 11:43 AM).

Even when I try to upload another file, the upload doesn't work.

I'm having problems loggin into osprey (on top of not being able to upload and edit files using filemanager).

Yesterday it was 504 gateway timeouts.

Today although I can access my store's catalog, I'm somehow intermittently unable to access into the admin area.

My browser just says 'waiting for www.osprey.unisa.ac.za....', nothing else happens.

My site number is 14. Help!

Unisa's network may be down. And use osprey.unisa.ac.za - get rid of the www in front.
There was a permissions problem with header.php - try again
