I have activated a login and password when you work on your site - see the tut letter.

The last letter of the password is a 9 - not an 8.

Hi Mac,

I cant get the username and password to work so cant access my site. Keeps saying invalid. I am using the 9 on the end of the password.
Please help

Just try again with a 9 at the end. I have tested it now and it works.

You may have to click it a few times - just keep clicking away until you get to the page. So it is a good idea to click the Remember me checkbox.

I have claimed site 18 yet i see someone else has claimed it aswell. Could this be the reason I cannot login to site 18 with the password and username given on the tut letter two? confused smiley

No one else has claimed it but you? When you are 1st presented with the login form, just keep on clicking OK until it lets you in.
