It was easy although I wasn't prepared for Q2, but the rest of the paper was fine.

Pretty straight forward. Seems silly though, doing that much preparation for a measly 2 hour paper.

Pretty good exam, they left out quite a bit of things that they could have asked. Hope I didn't make any silly mistakes.

The final earliest start value on my CPM diagram was 30. Pruthven, remember the question about a CPM I asked just before the exam? The one we got was quite similar but on the backward pass both values I got were 14 so it didn't matter. Hope it is right...

Yeah, very similar! I also got 30 at the end, critical path started with C.

Thanks to the lectures!

This was a very interesting module! As a result of this, I got more into project management at work. And I'm loving every minute of it!

Hey XL,

For the 306, it certainly did help! Thanks a stack man!

For 308 it was simply just a case of head down...

I went through a lot the the stuff, it seemed to be what they used to answer the assignments funnily enough!

thanks again man.

If i pass everything this year, I'm def following in your footsteps and helping out the guys where i can.

Thanks from me too XL. It definitely helped me quite a bit. Having a few extra examples always helps with the understanding. Turning you from this confused smiley
