The tut mentions that it should be studied.Should this be included for Assignment 2 as no mention of this is given .

It is an important chapter and should be studied as said in Tut Letter 101, page 11. The reference at the beginning of Assignment 03 is wrong. It should read:
Assignment 3 relates to chapters 3â€“5, 7â€“11, 13, 14 and 16.
