Can't get prescribed book

I have tried to obtain the prescribed book from Van Schaik. The order has been with them for 3 weeks now... here's their latest response

This particular title is only available on Demand (AOD). This means that there is no stock, and the UK or USA will especially print the number of copies required on an Order to Order basis. These books are photocopies and the quality cannot be guaranteed, in fact it is usually not very good. We cannot set a special prices on any AOD titles, so they would have to be supplied at the normal dollar price, which in this case is $88.99, less your discount of 33%.

Great! now how the hell am I supposed to continue on this basis...

Has anyone been able to get the book?

Managed to sort this out... The international edition is the problem

I got mine easily from www.unisabooksonline.co.za which is the online presence of Adams Books. You'll need a credit card to order online. I got everything there except one which I ordered from Amazon.co.uk.

But since you say you got it sorted, I suppose you don't need to know this anymore.
