A student asked about the format of the exam, whether it is open book or closed book. This was my answer:

It is a closed book exam, as are all of the UNISA postgrad exams. The only exceptions are the Special Topics for MSc and the Honours Project modules for BSc Hons, which do not have exams. A good way of getting a head start in the exam is to do really well in Ass 02, which counts 35% of the final mark. So, Students, start working on it as soon as possible!
