I did this module last year. If I still remember, we had to write our answers on the same question paper on spaces provided meaning they may not be any one person having it.

However, you don't have to panic because the exam will be similar to the assignments. System level DFDs, Context level DFDs were also expected to be drawn last year. Overally, the exam was not bad at all.
