Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems downloading the article from http://portal.acm.org/portal.cfm, for question 5. Its asking me to purchase the article. Are we suppose to review the abstract, or the full text?

Hi Jo-Anne

1. Log on to the myUnisa portal
2. In the drop down on the right hand side of the screen where your subject tabs are select the 'Library' option
3. Select the 'Use the Unisa Library e-Journal finder' option
4. Select the ACM Digital Library option from the list
5. You will need to type in your details and a pin on the OASIS page
6. In the search box on the next page type in 'Holz' and click Search
7. The article should be the first on in the returned list
8. Click on the article link to read it in Adobe.
