how can we download the articles?

Hi,

has anyone check the URL for downloading the articles from tutorial letter 101? The URL is http://osprey.unisa.ac.za/download/INF425-N/. I met the forbidden error. It said that i did not have the permission to access it.

I need to read those articles to do my assignment. But it is too much issues if i make a request from library.

Anyone help please. If lecturer read this, could u please make that url available for students?

In My unisa there is a library tab - in the same area where there are tabs for all your modules. go there and then click on course material.


then type in inf425

then click on electronic reserves 2008.

and there are all your articles.

You will have to have a library login and pin code to retrieve the articles but I think when you try to download an article it will tell you where to create the pin etc.

If you get stuck, please shout.

I had problems retrieving the articles myself, this is how you do it if you havent't got it right yet:

To create a pin:

On the library catalogue home page, click view & renew loans
enter required information
click submit
re-enter pin
voila!!!!

To access the articles:

Still on library catalogue home page, click library course material
type course code
electronic reserves
view/print article...

and the rest you know
