Task1C-1, Question 1

One trend I see emerging in the near future on the internet is working from home. Companies will allow you to log-in from your home PC or laptop and do your work over the internet. With the speed of the internet increasing all the time, networks becoming more secure and the use of webcams for monitoring, one could work from home and only go to the office when really necessary like on payday.
Another trend that I think will happen is the internet being available on your television set. Multimedia players or PVR’s with slots or ports for modems or the modem is built in. Just imagine sitting in your favorite armchair and surfing the internet then just flipping the channel to check the rugby score.
