2. There are various problems evident, mainly formatting problems such as text colour and font types. Unwanted personalised background colours that distract the users. Some pictures are too big and takes to long to load which leads to user frustration especially if the users uses dial-up.
3. Well the user want visit the site and is easy draw to sites the are pleasant and comfortable to navigate, also speed play a big role. If the user makes an online request the server reply should always be optimised to reply immediately.
4. Well better planning, focus on what the main object is of the web site. Make speed the main priority and appearance and navigation important priorities too.
Keep text short and to the point, give the user the option to read further if required.
