Hi Tracey 
You were talking about heroes and Dexter the other day so I will start a brand new thread just for that. I watched the first season of Dexter - pretty interesting and twisty! although I had "guessed" the big twist by about episode 10.. glad to see that there is a 2nd season starting sometime in september.
where do people download all these?
I am now waiting to get my grubby paws on last weeks Heroes - episode 19.

I haven't watched too many Dexter episodes yet, I think about 5 but I'm looking forward to the BIG TWIST!!! 
I've only got two episodes of the first season of Heroes to watch. I love Hiro! On Friday I watched about 4/5 episodes of Heroes, after that it was hard to not confuse it with reality!

serious? sabc3 - since when does sabc screen anything "interesting"??
I tried to download the latest heroes but it won't let me - I can only find a thing to let me watch episodes.
Then again maybe its just work blocking downloads......

wow... it really does start on may 23 on sabc at 8.30... strange, they have 23 slots - seems like they are going to buy the whole lot
