How did you guys answer this question. Must we create the table in Access and then do the queries or must we just give them the answer.

You have to create the Access tables - SQL and the results have to be sent in.

If they say they want the results, do they want a pic of the result or just a typed answer?

I took a screenshot of the table in Access and inserted it into the document.

What exactly is a screen shot? how did you copy the result across to the document?

Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, and press "ctrl+v" in your document. (That’s press "ctrl" key, and while you are pressing it press the "v" key, don't worry it's not case sensitive smile). This also assumes that the document can take images, something like notepad does not.

A much easier solution is to select all the rows & columns in the result set or table (ctrl + a) and to copy (ctrl + c) the result set or table and paste it into the document. That should save you a couple hours on resizing screenshots.

Download a free utility like Gadwin Print Screen to enhance the standard print screen functionality to make it able to make area screen shots instead of just full screen or active window.
