E-book
September 23, 2007 04:09PM
Hi All,

I left my textbook in the States, and looks like I'm gonna land up being in Jo'burg for the exam (or at least till a day or two b4 it). Does anyone know if there is an e-book that I can get hold of? Or anyone in Jo'burg that did the exam last year (or is finished studying) that I can borrow the book from?
I don't want to go spend all that money on a new book!
Thanks - Sarah

Hey Sarah,

I don't have an ebook, but you can maybe use my mindmaps, if you need them: just chapters 4/5/6 I'm afraid. Hope it helps.

I did a quick scan and Pressman does not seem to be there; Sarah I suggest you take a look again anyway, maybe I missed it.

So many titles, and so little time...

The funny thing I'm waiting for Kalahari to deliver MCTS 070-431 Kit and now I got the exact pdf book free. FFFFck, atleast I get the CD software and exam discount...

Thanks all for your responses.

I'm still in a bit of a pickle - searched the site and found the book on page 29. http://www.pdfchm.com/publisher/mcgraw-hill/29/

BUT it is the 5TH ED. And we need the 6TH ED. I guess it's better than nothing, but does anyone know if there are major differences between the two.

Thanks - Sarah

Thanks for sharing the mindmaps Cameron, has anyone managed to find powerpoint slides for the book. I always find these to be most useful just before writing the exam

Thanks for all the input. I actually contacted the Unisa library and managed to get hold of the prescribed book today.
So...if any of you ever need a prescribed book for a short time...the library is worth a try.
Now, I've gotto cram a year's work into 3 days of learning. Ughh!

Jeezus! Good luck with that! 3 days may not be enough...lol
