Hi guys

Anyone who have idea od calculating network ID or bits of IP address. It is explained in the prescribed textbook, but I do not understand. (My mind was trying to get wheat from the husk, but with no luck). Someone who can explained better for me (based on question 4 & question 5 of assignment 3).
